What payment methods do you accept?

The payment methods we accept are PayPal and credit or debit cards which you can use to pay in complete safety and transparency given that ours is an official checkout managed by the Shopify platform. Furthermore, if you have a PayPal account you will be able to activate the payment service in 3 installments for eligible items, from a minimum value of €30 up to a maximum of €2,000. The eligibility of Pay in 3 installments is subject to approval, among the necessary requirements there is the obligation to be resident in Italy and to have a PayPal account.

When will my order be processed?

It will be in our interest to process each order as quickly as possible within 48 hours, the date indicated may however undergo variations for organizational and logistical reasons also due to the items in question, as we also deal with handcrafted products, it goes without saying that these are made on the spot and which therefore require a longer order processing time, in any case we undertake to guarantee a time frame that does not exceed 15 working days. Once you have confirmed your order, making the payment and establishing the delivery methods you prefer, we will process your order and hand it over to the courier for shipping.

How can I track my order?

Through the Tracking number that will be provided to you by email as soon as you have placed the order, you will simply need to enter that code in the appropriate " TRACK YOUR PACKAGE " section available on the site to check its position, in any case you will be able to check the status of your orders whenever you want by logging into your account.

How can I return my order?

How to make a return:
Our policy provides a deadline of 14 days to make returns, this means that if you want to return a product you will get a refund with the amount of the price paid for the product you return, if 14 days have passed from the date of the return. purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer any refunds or item exchange, for return purposes we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

In order for the return to be eligible:

The item that is returned for the wrong size must be intact and in the same condition in which it was received, therefore complete with labels and in its original packaging. Items that were received already defective and damaged will also be eligible for return. In the following cases we will accept the return request and then issue the refund after having received and physically checked the products. This process will take up to 4 weeks.

Non-returnable products:
For different types of goods, returns are excluded, as in the case of gift vouchers, intimate or sanitary products, dangerous materials and flammable liquids or gases or even products with damage caused by wear and tear, negligence, improper use or tampering .

Receive a Refund:
After we have received and checked the returned products, we will inform you via email whether your refund request has been accepted or not and in case of a positive outcome, the refund will be made via bank transfer.

Returns Shipping:
To make a return, contact us and we will explain how to proceed.
Shipping costs for returning the item will be your responsibility and are non-refundable, so if you receive a refund, return shipping costs will not be included in the refund. Depending on the country you live in, the time required for delivery of the replacement product can vary up to 4 weeks. If you need to ship an item worth over €75 it is advisable to use a trackable shipping service or to insure the shipment. as we do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.

Refund on sale items (if applicable):
Only full priced items can be refunded for their full value. For items on sale, the refund will be equal to the price paid with the discounts applied.
